Our origin story
Our founder, Kristen, was writing the eulogy for her life-long friend when it struck her that she did not want to wait until her friend was gone to voice what an impact she had. Kristen wanted her friend to her it before she moved on from this earth.
So she set out to planning. Friends and family recorded videos, traveled back to their hometown, and joined online.
While some initially felt uncomfortable, it turned out to be healing for all involved. They shared laughs and memories, tears and joy. Sitting together and facing all the feelings was a powerful experience.
Whatever the spectrum of emotions you’re feeling at this time, let us curate an experience to support your journey.
Our process
What we believe
Grief and joy can coexist. Celebration and sadness aren’t opposites; they’re companions. Feeling multiple complicated feelings at the same time is part of what makes us human.
Awkwardness is temporary. Love lasts forever. We face the uncomfortable moments because our loved ones deserve to hear what matters.
Community is powerful. Grief shared becomes more bearable. Joy shared multiplies. We’re not meant to face life’s hardest moments alone. Let’s walk through this together.
Endings free us to live more fully. As painful as they can be, endings remind us what matters most and help us cherish the present.
